If any new product is defect, we will exchange it for the same product.  You need the bill if you purchased it in our store. 

If it is a pc game (or mac games), we will test it to be sure that the problem is with the game and not with  your computer.  We will not buy back, trade or credit any pc games (or mac games) because it does not work on yours.

If the defect games was bought as an used game, you will need to return it to us before 30 days.

If we do not have the item available, we keep 10 days to find it.  After that delay, we will refund you.
