  • Q: How much will I get for selling my pre played game(s) ?
    A: In a few months we will be implementing a system to automatically quote you on pre played games. Unfortunately for the time being you may try to contact us at shipping@gamebuzz.ca for a quote on your pre played games.
  • Q: Do you know when this game will be released ?
    A: Yes we do. You may check our new Releases schedule on the main page.
  • Q: Do you have the "Collector's Edition" for this game ?
    A: Yes, we will usually have any collector's edition of a particular game available. Althought we highly recommend getting it early as they are generally available in short supply.
  • Q: How much time will it take for shipping ?
    A: 2 to 5 days In Canada. 4 to to 14 days in the US. 2 to 3 Weeks Elsewhere in the world.
  • Q: I have a european console, how come some games do not work on my console?
    A: Eureopean consoles are made to use the PAL System. Hence the Games that work on PAL Consoles are made to support it. The games made in North America support the NTSC format which is why games made in North America do not work in European consoles. Please be advised of this before making a purchase.
