GameBuzz™ , "GameBuzz", owns and operates gamebuzz.ca to be known henceforth as, the "Site."

Your use of this Site and purchase of product found on this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1 - Copyright and Trademark Notice

1.1 - All screens appearing on this Site including graphics, text, design, buttons, logos, images, and icons, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement, are the sole property of the site, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content on this Site is only for the purpose of shopping on this Site or placing an order and for no other purpose. Any other use, including, modification, reproduction, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution in any form or by any means without the site’s prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. All software used on this Site is the sole property of Gamebuzz™ or those supplying the software.

2.1 - THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY GAMEBUZZ™ ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. THE SITE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE, THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GAMEBUZZ™ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

2.2 - ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THIS SITE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE SITE OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

3.1 - In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, GameBuzz™ shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

3.2 - If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GameBuzz™ will immediately credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

4.1 - Pricing and promotions on gamebuzz.ca may vary from that of GameBuzz.ca and/or GameBuzz™ stores.

4.2 - Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GameBuzz™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. GameBuzz™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

5 - Site Content and Information

5.1 - GameBuzz’s Site contains information, advice, text, and other materials that are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. You should be aware that the information might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

5.2 - GameBuzz™ makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency, or reliability of any information and shall not be liable for any lack of the foregoing. Descriptions of, or references to, products within this Site does not imply endorsement of that product.

6 - Distributing User Content

6.1 - GameBuzz™ allows users to this Site to post reviews and comments, "Content", on products featured on the Site. By submitting such Content, you automatically agree, or promise that all content is accurate and original and that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of any fees, the site and anyone GameBuzz™ permits may reproduce, display, distribute and create new works of authorship in any media, based on and including the Content. Additionally, you grant GameBuzz™ the right to use the name you submit in connection with such Content.

6.2 - No Endorsement of User Content. Users to this Site are prohibited from posting through this Site any harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, privacy invading, libellous, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful content of any kind, or that infringes or may infringe on the intellectual or other rights of another. You acknowledge that GameBuzz™ does not endorse or pre-screen content, but that GameBuzz™ and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move or remove any content that is available via this Site.

7 - Shipping

7.1 - All Items are shipped usually shipped out 1 to 2 days after the order is placed. If it’s a pre order item than it will be shipped the day of release. Delivery time should be anywhere from 1 to 14 business days. Postal delays can increase delivery times. If you occur longer shipping times contact your local post offices and customs offices.

7.2 - Shipping rates varies on your location and exchange rate. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping costs. We ship anywhere in the world if we can verify the billing address with your bank.

8 - Returns

8.1 - Items can only be returned for exchange or refund if they are in their original packaging and have no damage. A 15% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.

8.2 - Items can only be exchanged or refunded at the expense of the customer with regards to sending the item back to our facilities and re-shipment of the new item. GameBuzz.ca may only exchange items if the item is received in the original sealed packaging and in identical condition that it was dispatched from our facilities.

8.3 - GameBuzz.ca is not responsible for lost items being sent back to us. Please use an insured courier with tracking information to avoid such an occurrence. Gamebuzz.ca is will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us and re-shipment if needed to the consumer.

  9 - Refunds

9.1- Refunds can only be made when the item is received back in our possession in the original condition that it was sent out, IE. Sealed and unused. We do not offer a refund on pre-played product only an exchange. A 15% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.

9.2 - All refunded pre orders are subject to a 5% service charge fee to cover costs of transactions. All pre orders are taken in full because the product is then prepaid for by us to our suppliers. If a problem arises from not being able to source your pre order within a reasonable time period and a refund is requested, a 100% complete refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to rescind the contract due to product unavailability.

9.3 - We will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us.

10 - Warranty

10.1 - All Items come with a 30 day warranty from the day the item was dispatched from our facility. If the product is defective you can return the item for an exchange of the same item only. No substitution of item will be allowed unless the original item is no longer in stock and cannot be obtained by us in a reasonable amount of time.

10.2 - New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents. Pre-played merchandise must be in the same condition and with the same packaging as when purchased. Also, all merchandise returned defective will be tested by our staff and we will contact you with results of our testing. Confirmed defective merchandise will be replaced immediately with the same item shipped at cost to the customer. Items we deem non defective will be returned to the customer at their expense.

10.3 - We will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us, or any costs for sending the replacement back to the customer.
